| Junior Pythons | Monday & Wednesday (6 pm - 7 pm) | Wrestlers participating in this session will learn foundational wrestling skills that will increase their propensity to find success at the sport's youth, middle school, and high school levels. The ultimate goal is to foster a sincere passion for the sport while working hard and having fun. This particular grouping will consist of wrestlers in grades first through fourth. | $100 (includes USA Card) |
| Pythons | Monday & Wednesday (7 pm - 8 pm) | Wrestlers participating in this session will work towards mastery of the foundational wrestling skillls introduced as a Junior Python. The ultimate goal is to provide student-athletes with the skills needed to successfully transition to the rigor of a high school wrestling season. This group will consist of wrestlers in grades fifth through eighth. | $100 (includes USA Card) |
| Pythons "Attack" | Friday (6 pm - 7:30 pm) | Wrestlers participating in this session will undergo a rigorous training regiment similar to one implemented at the collegiate level. Student-athletes will perfect the foundational wrestling skills obtained, focus on transitional wrestling, develop their strengths, and work to eliminate their weaknesses in preperation for high school wrestling. All wrestlers in grades fifth through eighth are welcome to participate in this session as well as younger athletes by coach's recommendation. | Included with registration |
